Saw many new Chevy and GMC trucks. Also lots of GMT900 SUVs.
And a Vue Redline, SO SPORTY LOOKING.
I also saw a BRAND NEW Escalade that was all crunched up in the front, being hauled on a car carrier. No Sr20 because driving.
Also, I never noticed this, but my girlfriend's Taurus really doesn't have a lot of get-up and go to it. It just seems... slow for some reason.
Thus concludes my rambling of today's happenings

Today I saw a brand new Yukon. It is nice, but Im still doubtful. I think the headlights are too small and curvy and percise for such vehicle.

Saw one of those too! So big I thought the parking spot behind it was open!
It was beige too. -___-

Six Flags is a vacation spot for large families. Large families drive big SUVs.
A normal Ford Taurus is not a fast car. It is a slow one. No, I have never driven one. No, I have no plans to.

try any elementary school here in the hood in Houston when school is out. V8 8 pasanger SUV's as far as the eye can see to take one fat kid home 3 blocks away.

There weren't as many SUVs as usual today, probably because it's a weekday and it's mostly teenagers on summer vacation that are there. Lots of 90s and 00s shitboxes though.
I never expected it to be fast, but her Camry (which also had a 3.0L V6) seemed like it was way faster. I liked the Camry better honestly...
The Taurus isn't a bad car by any means actually, just not my cup 'o tea. Not when I could get so much better for $3,500.

Lol, I know someone like that. Kid lives maybe 1,000 feet from school, yet his mom comes and picks him up in her 2500 Suburban.

i remember in the late 80's & early to mid 90's Chevy had sponsored a theater or something there. I remember there was a C4 on a turntable spinning. I always wanted to go look at.

The Camry and the Taurus were both boring, beige soap bars. But from my understanding, the Camry was a slightly better (and faster) boring, beige soap bar.

Now all it is is M&Ms, DC Comics, and Looney Toons crap.

Her 98 had a ~37 horsepower advantage over the Taurus, it also seemed to handle better, and drive better, and have a better transmission... It actually wasn't as beige as I expected a Camry to be. Plus it had a killer aftermarket stereo, something the Taurus does not have.
And gold badges, can't forget those.

lol right.. oh well F it. This is Murica and we can do that. $22k for a 2014 Hyundai Veloster or $13k for a 2008 Tahoe. Peeps with 2 or more little kids know what's up. They are not into track days. Even people into track days rarely or have ever been to one. Their 1998 M3 stays a street racer.
